Returns are accepted only when:
- You received a damaged/defective product
- You received the wrong product
- The return request is raised within 5 days of delivery
- You provide photo/video proof of the product
- The product is unused, unwashed, in original packaging, with tags intact
We do not accept returns simply because you changed your mind or don't like the product.
